Shipping policy

 

Overview

All MMS pieces are made-to-order. Please note that production lead time precedes shipping, your order will not be dispatched until it has been completed in our studio. Estimated production timelines are listed on each product page.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

All domestic orders are shipped via **[UPS / FedEx]** and are fully tracked and insured. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. 

 

Shipping Service & Estimated Transit Time

Standard Ground | 3–5 business days after dispatch 
Expedited | 1-2 business days after dispatch


Transit times above apply after production is complete and the order has been dispatched. They do not include production lead time.

We do not ship to PO Box addresses, freight forwarders, or third-party warehouses. Only valid residential and commercial shipping addresses will be accepted.


Signature Confirmation

A signature may be required upon delivery at MMS discretion. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier will make additional delivery attempts or hold the package at a local facility. MMS is not responsible for packages that are returned to sender due to failed delivery attempts.

 

Production & Dispatch

All MMS pieces are made-to-order. Production begins after your order has been accepted and payment has been successfully processed. Please note that production lead time precedes shipping, and your order will not be dispatched until it has been completed in our studio. Estimated production timelines are provided on each product page and may vary depending on production volume, material availability, or quality control requirements.

Estimated production timelines are not guaranteed and should not be interpreted as delivery guarantees.

We will contact you directly if there are any unexpected delays to your production timeline.

 

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via DHL Express or UPS International, fully tracked and insured.

Shipping rates, estimated transit times, and any applicable duties or import taxes are calculated at checkout where available based on your destination.Shipping time begins after production is complete and your order has been dispatched.

Please note: International delivery timelines do not account for customs clearance, which is outside our control and may add additional transit time.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees, brokerage charges, or other import-related costs imposed by the destination country. Where available, these charges will be calculated and collected during checkout. If they are not collected at checkout, they may be assessed by your local customs authority upon import. Any applicable import charges remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise indicated during checkout.

Customs clearance procedures vary by country and may result in additional processing time beyond the estimated delivery window. MMS has no control over customs processing times or decisions made by local customs authorities.

Refused shipments, including refusal to pay applicable duties or taxes, are not eligible for refund. Any additional costs arising from refusal, including return freight, storage, customs charges, or handling fees, remain the responsibility of the customer.


Lost, Stolen & Undeliverable Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, MMS is not responsible for delays, theft, or loss occurring during transit. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in initiating carrier investigations or claims where appropriate. If your tracking information shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

We are not responsible for delays, misdirection, or non-delivery arising from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. If you need to update your address, contact us at info@manmadeskins.com as soon as possible, address changes cannot be made once an order has been dispatched.

MMS is not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, natural events, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of your expected dispatch date, please contact us at info@manmadeskins.com.
