Returns & Exchanges
Every MMS piece is individually made-to-order and produced exclusively for each client. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your garment is manufactured specifically for you and is not held as existing inventory.
As a result, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or any reason unrelated to a verified manufacturing defect or fulfillment error.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our garments and the characteristics of specialty materials, slight variations in color, texture, hardware placement, finishing, and material characteristics may naturally occur. These variations are inherent to the production process and are not considered defects.
Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size using the sizing information provided on each product page. If you have sizing questions prior to placing an order, we encourage you to contact us at info@manmadeskins.com before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you believe you have received an incorrect item due to an error on our part, please contact info@manmadeskins.com within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
Your email must include:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the original packaging, shipping label, and any visible shipping damage
Please retain all original packaging until your claim has been fully resolved.
Upon review, if MMS determines that the item contains a verified manufacturing defect or fulfillment error, we may, at our sole discretion, repair, replace, or otherwise remedy the issue. Refunds will only be issued where required by applicable law or where no reasonable remedy is available.
Order Amendments
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Once an order has been placed, requests to modify product specifications, including size, color, design, quantity, or other order details, cannot be guaranteed.
Requests submitted before production begins may be accommodated solely at MMS's discretion. Once production has commenced, no amendments can be made.
Shipping address changes may be accommodated prior to dispatch where possible but cannot be guaranteed. Once an order has been dispatched, shipping addresses cannot be modified.
Order Cancellations
Because every MMS garment is produced exclusively for the individual client, production scheduling, studio capacity, and material procurement may begin shortly after an order is placed.
Cancellation requests submitted within 24 hours of purchase may be considered at MMS's sole discretion, provided production has not begun and no materials have been ordered or allocated specifically for your order.
If a cancellation request is approved, MMS reserves the right to deduct a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order total, based on costs already incurred, including but not limited to administrative processing, production scheduling, labor allocation, material procurement, and other expenses directly related to the order.
Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.
Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment confirmation.
Production Timeline
Production lead times are provided as estimates on each product page and begin only after payment has been successfully processed.
While MMS makes every effort to meet estimated production timelines, completion dates are not guaranteed and may vary due to production volume, material availability, quality control, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
